It is our passion to help you find a greater connection within yourself. Our goal is to empower you to align with your highest authentic self & to enhance your overall wellbeing. We believe that each person has within them a profound ability to heal & change. We create & hold space for clients to explore, connect, & listen to the answers that are already present. We believe that dis-ease often arises when living a path that does not support our soul’s purpose. Many old belief patterns can keep us stuck & can continue to feed the fears that block us from forward movement along the healing journey. It is important to us that you will gain new skills, find wisdom within yourself & can harness that awareness to make lasting changes.  If interested, please fill out a referral form.

We believe that every therapeutic session should be individualized to best meet the need of each person’s unique challenges. This is why we offer a holistic approach to therapy that utilizes both traditional and innovative approaches to mental health treatment. Along with talk therapy, we utilize yoga and somatic practices, meditation and mindfulness, and sound healing. Below we invite you to read more about these offerings:

MEDITATION/MINDFULNESS

The goal of meditation & mindfulness is not to become a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness & getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You will learn to observe them without judgment. When we are more mindful through meditation, we instill significant and long-lasting benefits into our lives. We lower our stress levels, we get to know our pain, we connect better, we improve our focus, & we’re kinder to ourselves. While these practices aren’t a quick fix or a miracle cure, they can provide some much-needed space in your life. Often, that’s all we need to make better choices for ourselves, our families, & our communities. We believe the most important tools you can bring with you to your practice are a bit of patience, some kindness for yourself, & a comfortable place to sit.

Yoga Nidra, known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation” is a meditation & conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, & emotional relaxation. It’s usually practiced lying down with a teacher guiding the session. Yoga Nidra often brings immediate physical benefits, such as reduced stress & better sleep, & it has the potential to heal psychological wounds. As a meditation practice, it can engender a profound sense of joy & well-being.
